Sweet fresh ginger, rich treacle and a lick of Yorkshire honey on the nose, descend into luxurious mouth-coating silky vanilla and caramel on the palate, finishing with deep raisins, warm perfumed ginger and Christmas cake to close.

We think this is gorgeous simply over ice or mix with ginger beer and a wedge of lime for the perfect Dark and Stormy.
